Returns and Exchanges
We accept returns for store credit only. You have 3 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
To start a return, you can contact us at customerservice@toysslyccsexy.com. If your return is accepted instructions on how and where to send your item(s) will be sent to you. Item(s) sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Customers are responsible for return shipping cost. Defected items will be replaced and shipped for free.
